The maintenance will take a maximum of 3 hours to complete. We will obviously try to minimize the disruption as best as possible.
The planned maintenance will however have a temporary effect on the operation of your iProva environment. During the maintenance window it will not be possible, for short moments to execute certain activities: such as reporting a new case or searching for documents for example.
This is the weekly scheduled maintenance window for iProva SaaS.
During this period of 2 hours, there can be short periods of unavailability and/or reduced performance.
The activities include the deployment of the iProva 5.11.0 Update 2 minor (Details will be published on update.infoland.nl when they are available).
Note: This migration has been postponed to Thursday 25-7.
We are constantly improving our cloud infrastructure, therefore our iProva Cloud Services will be migrated to a new environment which offers improved performance and stability.
During this maintenance window we will migrate a part of the cloud services to the new infrastructure. The affected components and locations are mentioned in this maintenance message.
During this period of 3 hours, there can be short periods of unavailability and/or reduced performance of the specified iProva Cloud Service locations.
Note: Creating new webshares will not be possible for a short period within the maintenance window.
