[Identified] We have identified an issue for Android and iOS users who have received an update of the iProva Search app (released last week). When starting the Search app, after having received the update, the App crashes. We are working on a fix, the workaround for now is to reinstall the Search App from the Apple/Play store.
This is the weekly scheduled maintenance window for iProva SaaS.
During this period of 2 hours our cloud partner will perform maintenance on the load balancer regarding redundancy.
We don't expect any service disruption or reduced performance.
