[Investigating] Currently there is a partial service disruption on Zenya SaaS regarding viewing Office documents directly in the browser using the Office Online viewer of Microsoft.
We are investigating the issue.
A workaround is to temporarily disable the Office Online viewer via the system settings, which will show the documents as PDF in the browser

[Monitoring] This seems to be caused by an issue at Microsoft regarding the Office Online viewer. We are consulting them about this issue.
As a workaround we disabled the Office Online viewer for all SaaS tenants. Office documents are now shown as PDF in the browser.
When Microsoft has solved the issue we will enable the Office Online viewer again for the SaaS tenants that had previously enabled it.

[Monitoring] There is an issue between the Microsoft Office Online environment and the Zenya environments. We are still investigating the cause with Microsoft.
